Welcome to Internbright, where your bright future begins! We are Meher Baath and Fred Lim, two determined teenagers from Pascack Hills High School, driven by a passion to empower fellow young adults in exploring their dreams through transformative internships. 

 

We understand firsthand the struggles of finding meaningful internships during the high school years. From an early age, our hearts gravitated toward the realms of business management and STEM. When the summer of our sophomore year arrived, we desired internships that would provide us with invaluable knowledge and real-life work experience. Eagerly, we explored renowned job websites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn, only to be disappointed by the lack of options tailored specifically for high school students. Even our efforts to explore our local community turned up extremely disappointing as the only available work experience was low-entry jobs that revolved nothing around our fields of interest. The limited resources and absence of guidance left us deeply frustrated, unable to explore our passions through valuable work experiences. 

 

Yet, we refused to let these challenges define us. Instead, we took it upon ourselves to take control of our destinies and created Internbright—an innovative online platform that helps young adults connect with companies for the right internship opportunities.
